c\u2019est \u00eatre inform\u00e9.e par la presse CGT ; c\u2019est avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation syndicale (12 jours par an) afin de mieux appr\u00e9hender les enjeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. \u00catre syndiqu\u00e9.e \u00e0 la CGT c\u2019est avoir \u00e0 sa disposition tous les outils pour d\u00e9velopper son esprit critique et ses connaissances.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#FF0000\">\u00catre syndiqu\u00e9.e<\/font> c\u2019est \u00eatre acteur et non spectateur : pouvoir donner son avis sur les revendications, pouvoir \u00e9galement, si on le souhaite, \u00eatre mandat\u00e9.e ou \u00e9lu.e pour participer aux instances dans l\u2019entreprise et dans la CGT et repr\u00e9senter ses coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#FF0000\">\u00catre syndiqu\u00e9.e \u00e0 la CGT<\/font>, c\u2019est adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des valeurs de justice sociale, de libert\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, de paix, de lutte contre les discriminations, les promouvoir et les d\u00e9fendre avec le syndicat.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#FF0000\">\u00catre syndiqu\u00e9.e \u00e0 la CGT<\/font>, c\u2019est participer \u00e0 construire un rapport de force dans l\u2019entreprise comme au niveau national et interprofessionnel pour gagner sur nos revendications et conqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux droits.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#FF0000\">Se syndiquer \u00e0 la CGT<\/font>, c\u2019est donc une d\u00e9marche utile et n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la fois pour soi et pour l\u2019ensemble du monde du travail. <\/p>\n<h6>  Alors rejoignez-nous ! <\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;
